This painting and decorating project took place in Western Gateway, Docklands, East London and was in a new build development in Albert Dock. One set of tenants had just moved out, so the owner wanted to revitalise the space before the new tenants moved in. As the client just wanted plain white on the walls only, this is a good example of what can be covered by our £120 per room offer.
Painting and Decorating in Canary Wharf, London
The flat was a new build development and open plan, with plenty of light and space. The client wanted a simple white on the walls to maximise this and compliment the clean minimalism of the flat. When you are painting and decorating a place, it’s important not to fight against the existing character of the space.
As this flat was at the prime end of the rental market, the client was wise to call in a professional painter and decorator. London’s prime rental market is very different in character to the everyday rental market, there is much more competition for landlords. We treat every job we do with the same high standards, so had no problem meet the client’s high specifications.
